No salary for at least three months!!!!
Latest news in Kathmandu Engineering College come in notice that the college will not be able to provide salary for its teachers and staffs at least three months. The management has shown the financial problem to provide the salary. The managent has taken these things so lightly that they do not have any liabalities over their teachers and staffs who depends solely upon the salary. What do you think about this management decision? The management is really over financial crisis or its just playing with teachers and staffs? Please post your reply and comment.

ठिक छैन.फेरि आन्दोलन गर्नु पर्छ.सबै पैसा लगेर मेडिकल कलेज मा लगानि गर्ने,किस्ट बैंक मा शेयर हाल्ने,अनि पैसा छैन भन्ने.लाज शरम न भए पछि जे भने पनि भयो.बरु कलेज बन्द गरे हुंछ.

The corrupted KEC management is playing with teachers and staffs. If the management will not be able to provide salary then why r u operating the college? Close it immediately. If the management will unable to provide salary because of no fee collection for one semester, they must be prepare previously for that. Is this is only solution? I think management is investing on medical college by collecting salary from KEC? and this is true.
That is total lie. management of KEC is composed of various corrupt people. like Hrendra man Pradhan, That Mr. Dhakal, Chaudhary, Chad Rana, and many more to name. these people are the biggest lairs of the nation. I have full Support for KEC Teachers and they should be paid else the college should be responsible for the loss and pay the employee with compensation.
Of course, it's not in favor of the organization, the management committee members and hence for the teachers and staffs. The decision proves that the board members are not serious about the organization's future. Knowing all about the side effects of the decision, they have taken such an irresponsible decision. It proves their motives and intentions. Now, it's employees turn to take the decision and think for their future .
Stop doing all these andolon. Why always strikes????????? Why suffer other people of this reason. Stop creating zillions of issues in order to solve this one issue. Instead of strike try to do work in goodway.
Everyone hear this Bhansar haakims (Tarrif inspectors) are the ones building more houses in KTM. Some guy name Kharel is the one who;s more corrupted than anyone. Fuck that mutherfucker.
i know kec has been investing in medical college, some financial instutes... why should it pay attention to its staff, if they want to leave they are more than welcome to do so; there are numerous unemployed engineers who will join kec for half of what they are paying now. bty it is a non profit organization and chairman earns 12-14 times more than a avg teacher salary, who is employed in TU planning commission and spend whole day in kec. just imagine what plans would this person make ?

It's really astonishing news how the college like KEC could show such damn negligence for its dedicated staffs and faculties who give their best in upholding its image in national educational front.To me, the inability of KEC management for providing renumeration to their staffs seems not at par with the facts so far I know.Every action in this age of DEMOCRACY needs complete justification.If such irresponsible acts continue further, KEC management not staffers will be heading towards counterproductive scenario. In this hour of support, my best wishes and solidarity are all with the dedicated faculties and staffs.

I think the recent salary hike by government must have trigrred kec management. Also govt plant to implement the report of payment commission by 2069 might have really made them worried. So they played a game to psychologically harass teachers and make them feel gratitude towards KEC over what they have been getting. It's such a cheap busineess.
