No salary for at least three months!!!!

Latest news in Kathmandu Engineering College come in notice that the college will not be able to provide salary for its teachers and staffs at least three months. The management has shown the financial problem to provide the salary. The managent has taken these things so lightly that they do not have any liabalities over their teachers and staffs who depends solely upon the salary. What do you think about this management decision? The management is really over financial crisis or its just playing with teachers and staffs? Please post your reply and comment.

"Andolan" of kathmandu Engineering College

Recently Kathmandu Engineering College, Kalimati faced a "Andolan" of Teachers working over there. Meeting of majority teachers supported the "andolan" started by the Civil department of the college. After the next day of the "andolan", the Architecture Department recall its support for the 'andolan" and issue a notice to support the "Management Notice". What do you think about this "andolan"?
